Its translucent PET finish makes it especially versatile for layering over journal pages, photographs, papers and other decorative elements.

Each roll measures approximately 50mm wide and 2 metres long, with a repeating pattern of approximately 380mm. With 6 designs available, you can choose the style that best matches your journaling aesthetic.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order (not applicable to new launches).
Once an order has been processed, paid, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via Email or Whatsapp (Faster) with your Order Number within the permitted cancellation period.

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.

New Product Launches

Orders placed for newly launched products, launch-exclusive products, or products released as part of a new product launch cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

This applies from the moment the order is successfully placed, regardless of whether the order has been processed, packed, or shipped. By placing an order for a newly launched product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order is final and non-cancellable.

Refund Policy

Since most of our products are packed and processed immediately after order confirmation, refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will only be considered in cases where:

The wrong product has been delivered.
A product is missing from the package.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect (in signature series product only).

Mandatory Package Opening Video

To ensure a fair resolution process, all claims relating to missing items, incorrect products, damaged products, or manufacturing defects must be supported by a continuous, unedited package opening video.

The video must clearly show:

The unopened parcel.
The shipping label.
The complete unboxing process.
Every product received inside the package.

Claims submitted without a valid package opening video may not be accepted.

All claims will be carefully reviewed by the CMH before any refund, replacement, or store credit is approved.

Manufacturing Defects

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect in signature series, CMH may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the defective product;
Issue Store Credit; or
Process a refund for the affected product, where deemed appropriate.

The determination of whether a product has a manufacturing defect shall rest solely with CMH after reviewing the claim and supporting evidence.

No Warranty

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by CMH are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

CMH’s total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price of that product.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after placing the order.
Incorrect product selected by the customer.
Minor colour variations due to different screen settings.
Claims made without a valid package opening video.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Requests received after the applicable reporting period.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

At CMH, we strive to process and dispatch every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched weekly, every Friday after successful payment confirmation. In case of a holiday on Friday, we shall ship the next working day.
During periods of high order volume, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
For urgent orders, please notify us on Whatsapp. We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
All orders need a standard processing time of 2 to 3 working days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

Within Maharashtra and nearby regions: Approximately 2–5 business days
Other states across India: Approximately 3–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Courier Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, CMH ships orders through trusted courier partners.

Our preferred courier partners include:

Delhivery
Blue Dart
Xpressbees
DTDC
Wefast / Borzo (Within Mumbai on customers request)

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our primary courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original source of payment alternatively customer can book the pickup with their preferred courier partner and share the AWB/Docket to be pasted on the package.

The choice of courier remains solely at the discretion of CMH.

Packaging

Every order is packed with great care using suitable packaging materials to protect the products during transit.

Before dispatch, all products undergo a quality check to ensure they are packed in good condition. While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, CMH cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit due to circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and recipient details.

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect phone number
Recipient unavailable
Failure to answer courier calls
Refusal to accept delivery

the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable return shipping charges and re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.

Delivered Orders

If a prepaid order is marked as Delivered by the courier but you have not received the package, you must notify CMH within 24 hours of the delivery status.

After this period, we may not be able to initiate an investigation with the courier partner, and such claims may not be accepted.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, CMH ships only within India.

If your location is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, customer can book the pickup with their preferred courier partner and share the AWB/Docket to be pasted on the package.

Important Notes

Delivery timelines provided are estimates by the courier partner and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, any transit delays caused by the courier company, weather, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond the control of CMH.
Customers will receive tracking details (AWB number, Tracking Link & Whatsapp updates) once the order has been booked for pickup, allowing them to monitor the shipment status directly with the courier.
CMH is not responsible for any delay in pickups by the courier partner post booking of the pickup.
