Q. There are lot of incidents involving cheating/fraud, how do I know ordered materials will be delivered?

Q. What payment modes are accepted?

A. Paytm, Bank Transfer, Google Pay/Tez, Phonepay, UPI/BHIM are accepted, NO CASH DEPOSITS.

Q. Can i make additions to my existing order?

A. Please place a new order for the items you wish to add in your existing order & share the order number over whatsapp, we will merge your orders.

Q. Will you ship abroad?

A. Worldwide shipping is available, customs (if any) will be buyers responsibility

Q. How long does it take to arrange materials?

A. After payment, 3 to 4 working days are required to arrange material.

Q. My order is extremely urgent, I need it shipped today itself / my order is extremely urgent, can you arrange it faster?

A. At Craft Material Hub all customers & orders are treated equally, All orders require standard processing time, however if stock is available order may be processed on urgent basis, do note this will depend on stock availability. Please contact on whatsapp after placing order to check if your order can be dispatched faster. This will totally depend on the stock availability. To avoid such situations, Customers are requested to place orders in a timely manner so as to avoid last minute disappointment.

Q. Reason for order cancellation?

A. In case of non payment and/or no response within 48 hours after sharing bill & payment details, order will be cancelled from the system.

Q. What is the payment cut off time?

A. If payment is made by 10 am, it will be counted for the day, else next working day.

Q. Is there any discount?

A. All prices are non-negotiable, depending on the material quantity ordered slight discount may be possible (For some materials it may be 1,000 pcs and for some it may be 100), please whatsapp for the same. Discount is given on bulk qty of individual product & overall invoice value is not considered towards discount.

Q. What are the shipping charges?

A. Shipping charges are completely based on weight, size of the parcel as well as delivery location/pin code and is decided by the courier company, if you are not happy with the charges connect with us to arrange pickup via Delhivery/Shiprocket/Wefast/Pickrr once order is arranged & packed.

Q. Is it possible to offer discount on shipping?

A. Sorry, we do not have any control on the shipping charges. It is completely decided by the courier company. You can confirm the courier charges on trackon website. Alternatively you may whatsapp if you wish to arrange for a pickup of your order via services like Delhivery/Shiprocket/Wefast/Pickrr.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. There is no free shipping option.

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery Facility?

A. Sorry, COD is NOT available.

Q. Can I personally pickup materials from your place to save on shipping charges?

A. Personal pickups are not allowed, you may connect with us to arrange a pickup via Shiprocket/Delhivery/Dunzo/Pickrr/Wefast.

Q. I picked up my order via Delhivery/Shiprocket/Pickrr/Dunzo/Wefast and its still not delivered, why?

A. Kindly connect directly with the courier partner, as we consider the order completed once the shipment is picked up.

Q. Which courier do you use?

A. All domestic couriers are sent using Trackon, Anjani, Skyking, Maruti, DTDC, Professional courier (depending on courier service available at your pincode), for international orders courier provider will depend on the destination country. Speedpost is not used as materials get damaged due to poor handling. If you wish to have your order couriered via a specific company, please mention while placing order in customer notes section.

Q. What if i receive damaged materials?

A. For orders sent through surface mode we are not responsible for any damage claims. For orders sent through Air, please share unboxing video (mandatory) on whatsapp so we can resolve the issue.

Q. Do you arrange special materials?

Q. I do not want immediate shipping, can you hold my order?

A. Sure, full payment needs to be made, just inform that you wish to hold the order & the date when the order needs to be dispatched.

Q. Is there any minimum order quantity?

A. Most of the materials do not have any minimum quantity.

Q. Can I cancel the order?

A. Sorry, once order is paid (partial/full) & arranged it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Q. I want a refund of my full/partial payment.

A. If ordered materials are not arranged, refund may be processed at our discretion (partial/full amount). In case order is arranged, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
For partially paid orders please clear the balance amount so we can ship your ordered material or else your ordered materials & partially paid amount will be forfeited (no refund will be given). If order is fully paid, we will be shipping the same as refund is not possible once ordered materials are arranged.

Q. Can I resell your materials?

A. Reselling is NOT allowed due to limited stocks. However you may order materials at your place and sell as per your liking.

Q. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

A. Order confirmation & payment details will be shared on whatsapp only.

Q. I have placed my order, what do I do next?

A. Please ping on whatsapp +91-9137092049 with your order number so we can calculate estimated shipping and share final bill & payment details. Please wait till 11.59 PM on the day of placing order so we can share the final bill.

Q. Can I pay after my order is arranged?

A. 100% bill amount needs to be paid once order is placed to arrange the order.

Q. Are all materials available?

A. Best efforts are made to arrange all materials (Eg. : During Diwali period candle holders, Metal Plates & Tlight candles are high in demand and run out of stock often. During Ganesh Chaturthi Ganesh Idols are high in demand & run out of stock. Flower availability is completely dependent on the ongoing trend). For items which are not arranged, we are happy to provide a refund or share alternatives if requested.

Q. My courier is not yet received, why is it delayed?

A. Please understand we are not a courier company & do not control the transit timings or parcel movement in any manner, once the order is shipped from our side it is not under our control. Buyers are requested to keep a track of their orders thru the tracking number provided after shipment is done, if you feel there is a delay please check with your local courier office once to inquire about the package status and ping us so we can also follow up on the same.
