Welcome to Craft Material Hub (CMH). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. CMH reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
General
All information, products, and services displayed on our website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order to purchase any product represents your offer to buy, which is subject to acceptance by CMH. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, either in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
Product Display & Colours
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device’s screen settings, lighting conditions, and display calibration. Minor variations in colour or appearance shall not be considered a defect, and requests for exchange or refund on this basis will not be accepted.
Eligibility
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 12 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. CMH shall not be responsible for any misuse of products purchased through our website.
Limitation of Liability
CMH shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper handling, misuse, negligence, or incorrect use of any product purchased from our website.
Furthermore, CMH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to system failures, interruptions, delays, computer viruses, unauthorized access, loss of data, or any technical malfunction.
Order Acceptance
Orders are confirmed only after:
- Successful payment.
- Availability of the ordered products.
We accept Prepaid Orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Packaging & Shipping
Once an order is confirmed, CMH takes full responsibility for carefully packing your products in good condition before dispatch. We use reliable courier partners and appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.
However, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, delays or damages caused due to unforeseen transit circumstances are beyond our control. While we will assist customers wherever possible, CMH cannot guarantee and will not be responsible against any courier-related mishaps.
Pricing
All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. CMH reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update inventory at its sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been paid, processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, order modifications can be made within an hour after an hour modification (removing, reducing the quantity of any product) cannot be accepted.
Incorrect Pricing
In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains inaccurate information due to a technical or typographical error, CMH reserves the right to cancel the order at any stage. Any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including contact number for receiving OTP at the time of delivery in certain cases. The information will be taken from website so any edits shared on other platform except website will not be considered.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability, any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Customer Information
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
CMH reserves the right to verify customer information at any time and may refuse or cancel orders if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Payment Security
CMH shall not be responsible for any fraudulent use of payment methods.
Payment details shall be shared over whatsapp after order is placed. No payment has to be made to the courier/delivery person, any payment made shall not be borne by CMH.
Customers must ensure that they use only payment methods legally owned or authorized by them. Any liability arising from fraudulent transactions shall rest solely with the customer.
Delivery Coverage
Currently, CMH delivers within India only.
If your PIN code is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Alternatively, customer can book the pickup with their preferred courier partner and share the AWB/Docket to be pasted on the package.
Claims for Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Products
Any claim regarding missing items, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects must be supported with a continuous, unedited package opening video showing the complete contents clearly in the video.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened package.
- Shipping label.
- Opening process.
- All products received.
- Empty package after removing all the products.
Claims without a valid unedited package opening video may not be accepted.
All submitted claims will be reviewed by the CMH before any resolution is provided.
Warranty & Product Defects
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all products sold by CMH are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, CMH may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product; or
- Issue Store Credit.
The determination of what constitutes a manufacturing defect shall rest solely with CMH. Products which are “sealed/imported/not manufactured by CMH” shall not be eligible for any form of replacement, CMH shall only cover “Signature Series” products which are manufactured in house for defects and replacement.
Under no circumstances shall CMH’s liability exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
Complaint Window
Customers must report any issues regarding delivered orders within 36 hours of delivery.
Complaints raised after this period may not be entertained.
Please note that incorrect purchases made by the customer (such as ordering the wrong product) shall not qualify for replacement or refund.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order (not applicable to new launches).
- Once an order has been processed, paid, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us via Email or Whatsapp (Faster) with your Order Number within the permitted cancellation period.
We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
New Product Launches
Orders placed for newly launched products, launch-exclusive products, or products released as part of a new product launch cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This applies from the moment the order is successfully placed, regardless of whether the order has been processed, packed, or shipped. By placing an order for a newly launched product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the order is final and non-cancellable.
Refund Policy
Since most of our products are packed and processed immediately after order confirmation, refunds are not available once an order has been shipped.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit will only be considered in cases where:
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- A product is missing from the package.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect (in signature series product only).
Mandatory Package Opening Video
To ensure a fair resolution process, all claims relating to missing items, incorrect products, damaged products, or manufacturing defects must be supported by a continuous, unedited package opening video.
The video must clearly show:
- The unopened parcel.
- The shipping label.
- The complete unboxing process.
- Every product received inside the package.
Claims submitted without a valid package opening video may not be accepted.
All claims will be carefully reviewed by the CMH before any refund, replacement, or store credit is approved.
Manufacturing Defects
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect in signature series, CMH may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product;
- Issue Store Credit; or
- Process a refund for the affected product, where deemed appropriate.
The determination of whether a product has a manufacturing defect shall rest solely with CMH after reviewing the claim and supporting evidence.
No Warranty
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold by CMH are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
CMH’s total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price of that product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect product selected by the customer.
- Minor colour variations due to different screen settings.
- Claims made without a valid package opening video.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Requests received after the applicable reporting period.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
By placing an order with CMH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
At CMH, we strive to process and dispatch every order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched weekly, every Friday after successful payment confirmation. In case of a holiday on Friday, we shall ship the next working day.
- During periods of high order volume, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- For urgent orders, please notify us on Whatsapp. We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
- All orders need a standard processing time of 2 to 3 working days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within Maharashtra and nearby regions: Approximately 2–5 business days
- Other states across India: Approximately 3–10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Courier Partners
To ensure safe and timely delivery, CMH ships orders through trusted courier partners.
Our preferred courier partners include:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Xpressbees
- DTDC
- Wefast / Borzo (Within Mumbai on customers request)
If your PIN code is not serviceable by our primary courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the original source of payment alternatively customer can book the pickup with their preferred courier partner and share the AWB/Docket to be pasted on the package.
The choice of courier remains solely at the discretion of CMH.
Packaging
Every order is packed with great care using suitable packaging materials to protect the products during transit.
Before dispatch, all products undergo a quality check to ensure they are packed in good condition. While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, CMH cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and recipient details.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect phone number
- Recipient unavailable
- Failure to answer courier calls
- Refusal to accept delivery
the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable return shipping charges and re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.
Delivered Orders
If a prepaid order is marked as Delivered by the courier but you have not received the package, you must notify CMH within 24 hours of the delivery status.
After this period, we may not be able to initiate an investigation with the courier partner, and such claims may not be accepted.
Delivery Coverage

If your location is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, customer can book the pickup with their preferred courier partner and share the AWB/Docket to be pasted on the package.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates by the courier partner and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
- Once an order has been handed over to the courier, any transit delays caused by the courier company, weather, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions are beyond the control of CMH.
- Customers will receive tracking details (AWB number, Tracking Link & Whatsapp updates) once the order has been booked for pickup, allowing them to monitor the shipment status directly with the courier.
- CMH is not responsible for any delay in pickups by the courier partner post booking of the pickup.
