Craft Material Hub is a home based business managed by the founder, Ms. Khushbu. The idea came to her mind way back 2017 while handling a family marriage function’s decoration, jewellery & return gifts. When making products for the function she realized how time consuming & tiring it was to find the required materials from different vendors at different places. After realizing the problem, to help her creative buddies find all materials under one roof she started the business initially by offering customized gift items amongst friends & family to get feedback & improve on services.
During Covid phase (March 2020) she had to take a break, while utilizing the time to upgrade & rebrand the business to serve national & global markets.
The core focus was always customer satisfaction & providing variety of raw materials under one roof at best prices.
